Going to HBR for our fourth visit Sept 3-8; anyone else going to be there?

Will be at HBR Sept 5-11. Have you heard of any damage at HBR from Emily?

Per HBR web site they are currently closed and will reopen on Aug 20. However, they originally posted they would reopen July 26. So at this point we are a little doubtful they will be open by Sept 3 or if they are, that the resort will really be ready. We plan on watching their web site and may call them in a week or two.

We hope your trip goes through and we know that HBR is working hard to get things back in shape.
If things do not fall right you are more than welcome to join us in November if things don't work out. We and the Sandy Sacks & Cracks crew will be there from 11/5-11/12. We are a fun bunch that loves to laugh.

Thanks for the invite Tony & Sue, we are part of the Reefugees and it looks as if HBR will be up and running for our trip. You are welcome to join us in September too.

HBR has now said they will not reopen untill 09/15/05 so we have cancelled and are now headed to Desire.

HBR open 9-15? Their web site says 8/20...........where did you get your info?

We got our information from HBR's reservation service, who called us to inform us of the delay. Believe HBR has now updated their web site.

Yes, HBR will be opening back up on 9/15 according to our sources. A few groups have already had to move or cancel.
The SS&C crew will be hitting the sands from 11/5-11/12 assuming that they do open on their scheduled date.
