As you may have heard, the Sandy Sacks and Cracks were at HBR in November and we had a blast. Very nice resort with a fun staff. The only thing that we saw lacking was a bar that you could just sit down at and have a drink. Say you wanted to grab a cocktail before dinner while waiting for friends to arrive or if it were raining or whatever. The only bar with seats was the pool bar, tough to grab a seat when dressed (believe it or not some people actually dress for dinner) to eat. Other than that, it is an awesome place to spend your vacation. Who knows, might be back there next November. PNB, T.

Tony and Sue, we were at HBR last June for MOAP, we had no problem getting drinks at pool bar around dinner time. Just lean over rail and ask for your drink and they would bring it to your table. Yes I know things are different during off season vs on season....we had no problem getting drinks from pool bar with XX clothes on Bill

My wife and I were there in March - we were first staying at EDSS next door - and went to HBR the second day and wound up checking in there. Enjoyed it tremendously after we got over the shyness of our first time nude among other people. Service was tremendous and our host Yvonne made arrangements for our dinner there. We will have to say it was more sensuous than the reviews we had read - I think after 30 minutes we were both sexually aroused. Anyway, what a wonderful experience enjoying the sun and breeze on our bare bodies. Looking forward to it again, hopefully in November '05.

My wife and I along with two friends went to the resort the second week of May. We actually stayed part of our vacation on both sides of the resort. We were very impressed with all of the resort area. Great time on the El Dorado side but we had so much fun on the Hidden beach side it somewhat overshadowed the rest of the resort. Met alot of new friends, partied like crazy, stayed good and buzzed most of the time and won at water vollyball!!! We hope to go back this fall with your crew. Recommend the Asian restaurant highly, Carlos treated us like kings and we had a private room for dinner everynight. (and yes we tried sushi from a naked table/girl, we saw this on HBO and recommend this new way to eat sushi very much) All in all was a great time from some 30 something people who just don't want to grow up! (or old) Check out the pics of my wife and Naomi in the photo album... they just love the beach and I just happened to be in the right place at the right time, guess Iam just lucky that way. MA

Arizona, You are more than welcome to join the SS&C crew on our vaca in November. We have a great group of friends that accepts all kinds of "funewgies" every year. If you like HBR you'll fit right in with us, a bunch of naked partiers just looking for a reason to share some laughs. PNB, T.

Please forward HBR's web address so I can view the status of their reopening after the hurricane. We are scheduled to arrive 9/12 for a week and I would like to make sure they are ready for guests. Thanks a bunch

Tony & Sue, We'll be at HB Dec 12-19. Probably do some touring around Q.R. too, while we're there. We were there last year about the same time and really enjoyed it. Did we see in a Castaway's email that you'll be hosting a group that overlaps with these dates ? Jim and Bon

Nice message board, we were thinking of going to HBR for Christmas and New Year's, but we noticed on the message board some people said November was iffy (talking about rain and stuff)what we were wondering was the temperature both ambient and pool temperature at that time of year. Has anybody been to HBR at that time of year? Was the temperature warm and is this time of the year considered on or off season? Thanks for any response or help you can give.

Steve & Connie, HBR is back up and fully functional. The resort itself is back and even better than before the two hurrincanes last year. They ahve quite a few additions to the beach area and the resort as a whole. If you are interested in joining our group at HBR, we will be there from 11/4-11/11. PNB, T.

My wife and I are thinking of going for the first time. We have both been to Hedo II and loved it. She is a little apprehensive about dining nude but we both are in love with the thought of a lazy river. Could someone who has been there give me information on their likes and dislikes of the resort? Best times to go? Clothing at dinner? Resort activities? Anything? Thanks for any reply I may recieve, -D.B.

HBR is a great place to PNB. You'll love it. The food and service are wonderful. As far as dining, most people get dressed. Some casual (shorts and a t-shirt), some will put on a golf shirt and pants. HBR is very laid back and there is no real dress code to worry about. You also have the option of eating indoors in the dining room or out under the stars near the pool. As far as when is a good time to go? We always recommend going when there is a group there only because it adds to you oppotunities for having fun. Our group, the Sandy Sacks and Cracks will be there from 11/4-11/11 this year. Join us if you would like. Hope this helps. PNB, T.
